HIMALAYA is a musical impression of Parson's sojourn in India. He takes us to the Gangas-River, to sacred sites and festivals, and also into the unseen worlds of towering mountaintops and the inner dwelling places of the soul. He deftly lays a pathway of reflective, sustained synthesizer chords. Upon this pathway, he sets melodies from Indian instruments and sounds from nature that seem to dance on the front of us as if sacrifying our passage to the highest places within ourselves. This is music which allows us to experience the potent, mystical grandeur of India and the Himalaya.
