The singing bowls are made of seven types of metal. The overtone-rich sounds of the bowls lead inwards, leading from an objective emotive sphere to an intimate one, and subsequently into a sphere of universal emotion and detachment. The Tibetan word for this is Shamatha. Through a minimalistic approach a kind of satisfaction arises.
