Since ancient times, the word "pantheon" has been used to describe the divine universe of all the gods. On my travels to distant countries, I have encountered many old cultures, religions and concepts of God. Just as the human race has brought forth many different outward appearances and traits in the course of its development, it also worships many different kinds of gods worldwide. Through intensive studies and practice I have come to realize and experience that these various conceptions of God serve the common goal inherent in all of humankind, namely the establishment of a harmonious and loving connection with the "One", the "Only", "All-That-Is", the "Divine Source". These deities are the graspable intermediaries and helpers - like bridges - that enable man to approach the "ungraspable" with reverence and devotion. With this album I would like to pay homage to all people and their gods on this planet and to quote some ideals from this "pantheon". All over the world, it is customary to concentrate one’s energy on adjusting to the divine through song and dance, with the repetition of mantras and invocations being an essential reason why we are able to experience the high energy and presence in our devotion with this music.
